Editorial policy
Research and sources
Health information uses authoritative guidance and relevant published research. Product facts use the current manufacturer information and, where accessible, the exact retail variant. We link sources and distinguish manufacturer claims from independent findings.
Evidence and limits
We consider who was studied, the formulation, comparison, duration and measured outcome. Animal or ingredient findings are not presented as proof for an unrelated retail product. We do not invent testing, endorsements, star scores or results photographs.
Checks before publication
Our editorial checks cover product identity, claim attribution, sources, dates, disclosures and whether the wording matches the evidence available. Missing information is identified. This is not a claim that every product has been authenticated or clinically assessed.
Updates and corrections
Guides show an editorial review date. A review date is not a guarantee of continuous monitoring. Product formulae, availability and guidance can change. Material corrections should be described on the affected page when made; routine link and layout changes do not imply new clinical evidence.
Medical review
The current guides have not undergone a separate medical review. We do not display a medical-review badge. Readers should seek personal advice for persistent symptoms or treatment decisions.
